1. Ness Loyalty entitles the holder to a discount of up to 10% on any repair bill (including parts content) which relates to the vehicle owned by the holder at time of issue. (Discount on the parts content of any repair bill may be applied only to genuine parts, which have been supplied from our stock).
2. A discount of up to 10% is also applicable to parts accessories supplied to the holder.
3. Discounts are not available on the purchase of paint and/or body repair.
4. To qualify for the special fixed service rate during the validity of your Ness Loyalty, your vehicle must be maintained by Ness Motors Ltd in full accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.
5. Fixed price MOT Test at £39.99 is subject to availability.
6. Ness Loyalty will be renewed free of charge on expiry if Ness Motors Ltd has maintained the vehicle in full accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule during the preceding 36 months.
7. Ness Loyalty is valid for 36 months from the time of issue and can be used exclusively at any Ness Motors branch.
8. Ness Loyalty may not be transferred to another vehicle or transferred to another owner.
9. Ness Loyalty may only be used in conjunction with retail purchases. Trade purchases are excluded.
10. Ness Loyalty may not be available for use in conjunction with any other consumer offers.
11. Ness Loyalty card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or debit card.
12. Ness Motors Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw any or all parts of the Ness Loyalty scheme at any time and without notice.
