• a dedicated receptionist to give prompt attention to your servicing and repair requirements – her name is Lynda McPhee, although all our advisors are trained to be able to assist you
• senior technicians in our workshop to keep your vehicle running smoothly
• priority booking arrangements when your vehicle needs routine maintenance or other repairs – (please allow 3 days notice)
• a courtesy van while your van is being serviced – subject to availability
• ‘out of hours’ service (by appointment)
• ‘Friday night drop off’ – collect Saturday or Monday
• we can collect your van, and return it to you serviced and washed and ready for the road (within the City of Inverness)
• An open mind – if you have special requirements let us know – if we can accommodate them, we will
