NESS MOTORS HIGHLY COMMENDED BY MOTABILITY SCHEME

Renault dealer Ness Motors Inverness has been highly commended by the Motability scheme for its high levels of customer service.

The dealership on Harbour Road is one of only three dealers in Scotland to receive the award which is judged using testimonials from Motability customers.
The award was gained in the category for fleet sizes between 251 and 600 with Ness Motors responsible for 285 Motability customers including many on nearby islands.

Doug Johnson from Motability, who presented the award to Ness Motors Motability specialist Waldon MacKay, said: “The award is based upon feedback we receive from customers and their experiences at the dealership.
“Ness Motors provides high levels of customer satisfaction as well as offering facilities such as an on-site demonstrator vehicle with wheelchair access – something that is unique to Ness Motors.”

Waldon MacKay, Motability specialist at Ness Motors Inverness, said: “We’re very proud to be presented with this award as all of the staff at Ness Motors work extremely hard to offer the best possible customer service.

“The Motability scheme allows people who receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance or War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement to fund all or part of the cost of a new car. It’s a great scheme as it helps disabled people to maintain their independence and we’re pleased to be able to support this.”
